Peter is an established attorney licensed in New York and California, with extensive experience in employment law and the Final Mile Industry. Earning his law degree from Whittier Law School, Pete moved to New York in 2008 where he continued to actively practice in both New York and California until joining SCI in 2011. As General Counsel for SCI, Peter advises and consults with SCI’s thousands of clients, directs and coordinates all civil litigation, and acts as named attorney in corporate and government affairs. As President of SCI, Peter advocates for and speaks on issues affecting the final-mile delivery space at association events and in legislative circles at the State and Federal levels. Peter’s guidance as President and legal expertise as General Counsel has spearheaded the development of SCI into one of the largest Third-Party Administrators for Logistics Brokers and owner operators in the transportation industry.

With over 47 years of extensive experience in the transportation industry, Dominick’s unique perspective is rooted in his operational and risk management expertise. Dominick began his career making deliveries within his family’s courier company, later spearheading the fleet maintenance program. Acquiring a New Jersey Insurance Producer's license, Dominick then took on the role of Insurance Manager through the company’s participation in an IPO. Dominick expanded his role into operations as Vice President – Region Manager, where he oversaw the Central Atlantic Region's business portfolio and led the company’s transition from an employee driver model to an Owner Operator model. Since joining SCI in 2012, Dominick’s focus on SCI’s client success has enabled him to engage with thousands of Owner Operators and hundreds of company owners, sharing his experience in the industry to assist in utilizing what SCI has to offer for their businesses.
