We have developed a guide to help sign up for Direct Deposit if you haven’t already. We cannot stress enough the importance of getting your funds via direct deposit. We cannot guarantee that paper checks will arrive on time or at all based on how current events are unfolding. Direct Deposit will ensure that you will be able to receive your settlement on time regardless of what happens. You should have received an email with instructions on how to do this.
SCI realizes that some may be experiencing difficult financial situations during this time. For those Owner Operators that participate in our Tax Escrow program, SCI is waiving its early withdrawal fees. If you need the funds in your tax escrow account early, please call us at 800.821.5344 and we will ensure you receive them.
